Traffic Log Pro, in conjunction with Retail Powersports Management Group, is pleased to offer the services of the Traffic Log Pro Business Development Center to all interested dealers.

The TLP Business Development Center 's primary mission is Traffic Log pre purchase follow-up, post purchase follow-up and Service CSI Calls. With a five year history of proven results, the TLP Business Development Center is clearly the industry leader in customer follow-up services.

The Business Development Center , based in St. Petersburg , Florida is staffed by seasoned professionals each with several years experience in powersports sales and customer service. The TLP Call Center transforms the theory of follow-up into the absolute of increased sales, satisfaction and profitability.

The basic process is simple. Participating stores log entries are automatically forwarded to the Business Development Center. Customers who were in the previous day are called with the goal of that call being to get the customer back in the store to complete their purchase.

In order to receive the benefits of the Business Development Center , stores must first be using Traffic Log Pro, which is an electronic means of logging and tracking customers. Traffic Log Pro currently has hundreds of client dealers, and is growing rapidly.
